1 Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders that you place via our online store. The offer is aimed exclusively at consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.


2 Contractual partner, conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. You submit a binding offer when you go through the ordering process and click on the "Buy now" button. Acceptance is effected by an automated order confirmation by e-mail.


3 Prices and shipping costs

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT.
Plus any shipping costs incurred, which are shown in the order process.


4. delivery

We deliver within Germany, on request also abroad.
The delivery time is 2-5 working days, unless otherwise stated.


5. payment

Payment can be made via the payment methods offered in the ordering process, e.g:

  • Klarna (invoice, instant bank transfer)

  • credit card

  • Shopify Payments

  • Prepayment (bank transfer)

The specific payment providers may vary depending on the configuration and location.


6. right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
You can find details on this in our separate withdrawal policy.


7. reservation of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.


8 Warranty

The statutory warranty for defects applies.
For used goods, the warranty period can be reduced to one year if permitted by law.


9 Liability

We shall be liable without limitation in the event of intent, gross negligence and injury to life, limb or health.
In the event of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to the foreseeable damage.


10. dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform):

We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.


11. final provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
