Your right of withdrawal
You can cancel your contract within 14 days. The period begins on the day on which you or a person named by you (who is not the carrier) receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email) of your decision. You can use our sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration before the 14-day period has expired.
⚠️ Important note: For hygienic reasons, we can only take back original sealed packaging.
Consequences of the withdrawal
💰 If you cancel the contract, you will receive all payments (except postage costs) back within 14 days of receipt of your return. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for your order - unless otherwise agreed. Please note that, depending on the provider, it may take up to 3 weeks for the payment to be credited to your credit card!
📦 Returning the goods
- You must return the goods to us within 14 days of your withdrawal.
- The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired.
- You are responsible for the return costs.
🔍 Obligation to pay compensation
If the goods lose value due to excessive use, you must pay for this loss in value - unless the use was necessary to check the properties and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal if you have purchased sealed goods and the seal has been removed after delivery. This applies for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
